展会归来如何报价(附模板)

展会结束后,一定要趁热打铁对在展会上搜集到信息的买家进一步跟进,否则时间一长买家对我们的印象或热度都会减弱。上一期,小编分享了如何化名片为订单。这一期,我们接着说说展后给客户邮件跟进及报价的技巧。

 

在给客户报价前,应该做好以下事情:

1. 认真分析客户采购偏好、意向及需求

在展会现场,通过跟客户简单的交流,再结合上次提到的客户级别的划分方法,我们对于客户能有些大致的了解。有些客户将价格作为最重要的因素,如果你一开始就报给他很有吸引力的价格,那么赢得订单的可能性就会大很多;而有的客户有还价的习惯,总觉得你的报价中含有水分,无论你报多低的价格,他总要砍价,这时候你要分清他的购买意愿和意图,然后才决定是给他报虚盘,还是实盘。另外有些客户对质量设计要求比较高,他们在展会现场多询问的是各种认证、款式、颜色等方面的信息,报价时则需要侧重陈述这些方面的优势。

 

2. 做好市场调研,掌握市场最新动态

由于市场信息透明度高,市场价格变化更加迅速,因此,我们必须依据最新的行情报出价格 —— “随行就市”,买卖才有成交的可能。外贸业务员要在关心自己成本和价格的同时,还要关注同行的成本与价格,做到知己知彼。比如,经常去一些工厂搜集信息,了解一些厂家的售价情况。另外,还要了解这个行业的发展和价格变化历史,从而对近期的走势做出合理的分析和预测。

 

3. 制作完整的报价单

完整的报价单尤为重要,特别是针对新客户,在报价表中要体现以下几个方面的内容:价格术语、产品尺寸、清晰的产品图片、包装明细、内盒 / 外箱的尺寸、装柜量、箱柜、品名、货号、颜色、材质、价格有效期、付款条件、备注(如电子产品要指明产品的配置)等。

 

关于展后跟进,小编整理了一些模板供大家参考:

发给谈得较多的买家的邮件,一些客套话就不用讲了,而要把重点放在产品上。首先,询价的产品请客户直接看附件的报价单,后面再加一句,可以随时提供样品。第二,如果已经在附件里加了报价单,MOQ 就不用写在邮件上,而直接加在报价单里,数量、规格先可以不问。最后,要记得留下电话、邮件等联系方式,加上网站也可以。

 

注意:把你的想法全部表达出来,但是内容要精简,让客人一眼就能扫完。

此外,如果遇到发了邮件没有回复的客户,最有效的方法就是直接电话沟通,你应该分类将客户资料整理成文档,并及时备注每个客户的追踪情况,通过电话的形式了解买家情况,制定相应解决措施。当然对某些不紧急的客户,最好还是不要急于求成,请耐心等待一下,隔几天再发邮件跟进。
