外贸干货|外贸人必备,教科书式的涨价模板

产品价格有所变动是正常的,但该如何通过邮件告知忠实客户价格变动,并最大程度防止客户流失呢?

提前告知客户

在涨价前,要预先给客户通知,最好提前 1-2 个月,并做详细的说明,留给客户充足的时间来调整他的销售价格。

明确提价的原因

大部分产品提价都是为了给客户提供更优质的产品,如果客户已经购买同一种产品几个月或几年了,更应该和外贸客户强调产品质量的重要性。例如,随着一些原材料越来越稀缺和昂贵,为了保持产品的质量,被迫提高使用这些材料的产品的价格。

给报价有效期

有些材料波动大的产品,在报价的时候,要给客户一个报价有效期限。这样当你调整价格时,可以以此为依据与客户沟通。另外,最好确定整个公司都知道涨价的消息,在成本差异、理由和物流等方面保持一致的声音,避免一些不必要的麻烦。

提示客户产品报价有效期
